Senior Vice President at the Global Lab Eunice Yu

Eunice Yu is Senior Vice President of the Global Lab at Coqual, where she leads research activation, advisory services, and executive engagement. She helps organizations navigate change and build more inclusive, effective workplaces—turning research into strategy, and strategy into impact. At the Lab, Eunice partners with senior leaders to uncover the friction points that hold talent back and to co-create actionable solutions rooted in Coqual’s data. She has been instrumental in building Coqual’s digital learning tools, developing sponsorship initiatives, and advising clients on inclusive leadership, talent development, and organizational culture. A former corporate restructuring attorney, Eunice brings analytical rigor and client-centered thinking to every engagement. She is a frequent speaker on sponsorship, psychological safety, and inclusive culture, and is known for her ability to make complex ideas clear—and actionable—across all levels of an organization. Eunice holds a bachelor’s degree in government and psychology from Cornell University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and a JD from Harvard Law School. She is a member of the Massachusetts and New York Bars. Before joining Coqual, she also worked as a freelance writer and education consultant, experiences that sharpened her eye for how people learn, grow, and shift perspective.
